Question: We are thinking about ordering 1400 sqft of Travertine Pavers for our pool deck. Will the pavers be unloaded off the truck as part of the shipping, or do we have to arrange unloading?

Answer: It really depends on your location. If you are in South Florida, you can get forklift service during delivery. Anywhere else you usually are eligible for lift gate service up to 20,000 lbs. Anything over that you would need to arrange for a forklift (piggy back) at the delivery location. 1400 sqft is about 21,000 lbs - just over the limit for liftgate service. However, if you like, we can also ship your order in two separate shipments in order to provide lift gate service.
